Sparkly Gin Cocktail with Grapefruit & Elderflower
This sparkly gin cocktail is basically summer in a glass and it is so fun and pretty! Made with Collective Arts Artisanal Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and topped with Prosecco, this easy sipper is perfect for a sunny summer day or warm night.

It’s cocktail season all year round for us, but being able to drink them outside in the summer just hits different. We’ve been having an early heat wave in Toronto these past few weeks so we thought it was the perfect time to share some cocktail inspo with summery flavours to cool ya down. Even if you’re not in the midst of summer or a heat-wave, this cocktail is still a fresh and flavourful drink that will always taste good!
We started this bright cocktail off with what you now know is one of our favs, Collective Arts Artisanal Dry Gin. Not only is their Toronto bottle shop just down the road from us, but we also keep seeing their gins at more and more LCBO’s around the province so it’s pretty easy to get your hands on it these days. We pretty much always include some sort of citrus in our cocktails and this is no exception. Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice provides a bold bitterness that is perfectly balanced out with elderflower liqueur. The sparkle in this sparkly drink comes from adding a few ounces of Prosecco to give the cocktail a bubbly finish.
With only 4 ingredients and minimal effort required, this is definitely a cocktail that anyone can shake up! Cocktail pro or just getting into the game, give this one a try and we guarantee you will not be disappointed! Who will you be making this drink for this summer?
